What data is processed?
- Information you send
- Name, company, email, optional phone, project type, and message. Used to answer your request.
- Protected resource access
- Email address, temporary verification data, and limited technical access data may be processed to verify eligibility, send a one-time access code, provide temporary access to restricted files, and prevent abuse.
- Security data
- Technical signals and IP addresses may be processed through Cloudflare Turnstile and local rate limiting to block spam and automated abuse.
The legal bases are pre-contractual steps for requests and legitimate interest for B2B inquiry management, file protection, and website security. The site does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
How long is data kept?
Contact requests sent through the website and related email exchanges are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless the request leads to a contractual relationship or a longer retention period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If the request does not require follow-up, we may delete it earlier. Temporary access codes and download sessions expire after short operational periods. Security and anti-abuse data, including IP address or IP-derived identifiers, request metadata, and anti-spam verification results, are normally retained for a few hours to a few days and then deleted or overwritten, unless a longer period is necessary to investigate misuse or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
No advertising tracking
This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, marketing trackers, newsletter tracking, or advertising pixels.
Data may be processed by authorized Ipsum Tek team members, IONOS for hosting and email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam protection. Hosting logs are used for operation and security, not advertising.
