Flex Cruiser-100 is the second generation based upon the proven first FlexCruiser series.
A Next-Gen AMR thanks to its 3D advanced obstacle detection, its “intelligence” to find its route in all circumstances and to embed optional AI modules for all types of specific missions.
The 2 key words are flexibility and modularity allowing it to adapt to all use cases, from the simplest to the most complex.
A RANGE OF 3 TRANSPORTERS
100Kg Duty, a Perfect Solution
FC-100-0000: A highly flexible AMR to install your own transport supports or options like a lifter, a roller for convey or specific AI modules.
FC-100-1400: A medium size transporter (1.4m) with adjustable trays, control interface and flashing light signaling the robot.
FC-100-1900: Same than model 1400 but a higher model (1.9m) with more trays capacity or to transport long objects vertically.
INNOVATIVE & SAFE
Flex Cruiser integrates an innovative 3D safety system based upon the cutting-edge “Multi-sensor data fusion”.
This technology uses a laser LIDAR and two 3D cameras to detect and avoid all obstacles on its path like small objects on the ground or high objects without a stand.
A triple protection that does not allow any error on an obstacle in front of it, regardless of the height, shape, material or texture of this obstacle.
In addition to this sophisticated protection, it is possible to install a SAFETY LIDAR allowing another security layer above the integrated protections.
AI EMBEDDED
FlexCruiser can embed Artificial Intelligence modules to perform tasks specific to your application.
The AI proposed within FlexCruiser is an embedded AI because the robot moves to a specific location or wanders around the site and performs specific actions to prevent Work Accidents, make Predictive Maintenance of Machines, perform Product Quality Control or to monitor the Work Environment
FLEXIBLE & CUSTOMIZABLE
We focused on the robot flexibility when developing the FC-100 Series. The external parts of the AMR are built around the Rexroth© profiles system. This flexible system enables you to create your own object supports in the shortest time.
In addition, we provide many useful options that can fit your application like Shock-Absorbers to carry fragile object safely or Electrically Conductive Wheels to carry electrically sensitive objects.
